XILICONE SUEDE SYSTEM

Printing silicone on heat-sensitive fabric such as polyester and nylon had always been a problem to printers. Fabric shrinkage and disperse dye migration has been major issue in all print shops. Based on this, our Supplier innovation team has developed another breakthrough in heat sensitive fabric printing Xilicone ink. We proudly presents our Xilicone 600 Series ink system. Xilicone 600 series flash at low temperature which has been a key success for printers to use silicone on an automatic press, directly evolving silicone printing on automatic presses. These are due to the low fusing temperature and fast fusing time of Xilicone 600 that has eliminated the synthetic fabric shrinkage. Our Xilicone 600 Series is a two-component low flash temperature and fast cure silicone paste rubber. These systems consist of a Xilicone 600 Base, Xilicone 600 White and its Catalyst. 

 Xilicone is commonly being used as an alternative for PVC free High density ink, Flocking adhesive, Foil Adhesive, Heat resist ink, medical and surgical ink.  

  • MIXING RATIO
    Always mix Xilicone 600 Bases with Xilicone 600 Base Catalyst at the ratio of 1:1. Optimum thickness of deposit of ink to achieve good elongation is a minimum film thickness of 250µm dry film Xilicone 600 ink thickness.
  • MESH
    “S” grade of mono-filament mesh are recommended for Xilicone printing. 46S to 54S (120S~130S) mono-filament for high density and rounded puff print effect.
  • SQUEEGEES
    For optimum high density print effect, 65/90/65 sore triplet hardness squeegee is recommended.
  • CURING
    Xilicone 600 can be easily flash dried at 80°C/176°F prior printing the subsequent color. For complete polymerization prints are to be cure at 100°C/212°F for 1.5 minutes with Air flow recommended are 56cmm or 2000 cfm air.
